Christmas Tunes

 Welcome to a new blogpost!

As Christmas and part 2 of exam season is coming up, I only had very little time to work on the male version of my gift guide and couldn't finish it in time to go up today. Keep an eye out for it though, it will be up as soon as possible!

Instead I thought I would share my Christmas playlist with you, which I absolutely loved creating. In my opinion Christmas just isn't complete without christmassy songs. I've created it on Spotify because I think that's the easiest way to find a lot a lot of tracks also from your childhood. I didn't only add English one's, but also a few German ones, as I am German and I felt like I needed to put some songs into it that I heard when I was a kid. I feel like old songs are always the best around this time of the year, even though I am not really the person that usually enjoys a lot of old music.

Now get yourself a nice cup of tea or a hot chocolate, some comfy clothes and fuzzy socks, a nice little treat, some fairy lights and maybe a nice little book and make everything warm and cozy. If that's all done, then it's time to start the playlist and get into the mood for Christmas!

If you are not so much the christmassy type of person (:o), I also create monthly playlists with songs that I am listening to and loving at the moment.

If you like my playlist and/or if you feel like there are songs missing, let me know, so I can check them out and add them! :)

Xmas Gift Guide for Women & Teens

Welcome to a new post!

Since Christmas is coming up very soon, and there is always at least one person that you don't know what to get, I decided to hop on the train of Christmas Gift Guides, and do some this year. Starting off with today's ideas for women and (female) teens.
I can't promise you that these things will be for everyone that you are trying to find something for, since every person has different interests and passions. I tried to cover different types of interests somehow. And I do hope, that these will help at least some of you a teeny tiny bit!
A male version will be up very soon :)
Christmas Gift Guide - Her

Starting off with the typical female stuff: Make-up.

There is so much great make-up out there, and to be honest if you don't know what to get there are always lovely people in the shops that will help you find something nice. As an example I have chosen one of the Benefit Sets that has been created for Christmas. There are a various of different sets, so you can get the products that you want. They are a great way to try out a few products at the same time, without spending money on each of them! I know that I would love to get this by someone, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only female.

Next is beauty.

As you may already know I love Zoe Sugg aka Zoella, and she also owns her own range at Superdrug and feelunique.com. Her products always have the cutest packaging, but the Xmas ones top them all. You can now get cute little sets for example including cozy socks and her Soak Opera Shower Gel & Body Wash, or the Lipbalm Set.
I love the products that I own from her range, so go have a look!
Tanya Burr's make-up range is also incredible, and she has launched some christmas limited editions as well, like this cute nail kit, which I think is pretty cute and would be a lovely gift!
Shower gels are also always an essentials so this cute set by Philosophy which included four differently smelling shampoos is really nice for any person that you don't know what to get! We all need them at some point in our daily life ;)

Fashion wise I have only picked out this lovely white Zara scarf, since I find that fashion tastes are to different to do a proper gift guide on them. Scarfs are always a nice gift though because they make you warm and cozy in a cold winter (if it will every get any colder though *cough*). Zara scarfs might be a bit more pricey than one from H&M or Primark, but they are much better quality, much softer in my opinion, and you got a lot of different styles to choose from!

If the person you are gifting isn't technically asking for a certain jewellry piece, but you know that they love necklaces or bracelets for example, I always find it a really nice idea to personalize something. Wether it's putting on the date you got together or it's just the first letter of her name. Be creative!

Candles around christmas time are a statement piece in every household in my opinion, wether you light them or they just stand there to look pretty. In my opinion Yankee Candle has the best range of different types of smells, so you are likely to find something for every candle lover out there!

Who doesn't love a good phone case? They look pretty and help to protect your phone at least a tiny bit. I LOVE all of these phone cases that come around at christmas time, and you might not want to put them on your phone for the whole year, but they are still a really nice idea as a gift! You can even get personalized ones on the internet!
Mugs are always something you need, even if it's just for guests. I have found this absolutely adorable deer mug, and I HAD to include it! Isn't it the cutest thing ever?? *-* You could even fill this with some nice christmassy sweets or biscuits, or with a tea if the person likes tea, and put in a nice packaging.

To buy a book for a book nerd is probably very hard if you don't know what books they own, but you could always get a gift card from the book store. To mention a certain book that I recently read and loved, I would say get 'The Girl On The Train' by Paula Hawkins! It's incredibly well written, and such a good plot!
For the more creative or stressed type of person, why not try a zentangle book! These are really hyped at the moment, and basically the new versions of colouring in books from back in the past. They are also meant to release stress, which I find so cool!

For the kitchen lover that still mixes via hands in a bowl, why not get them a Kitchen Aid? It's so amazing, and you don't have to do anything else apart from clicking some buttons and put in your ingredients! I personally think this is an amazing invention!

Who doesn't love a good tv series or a good film, let's be serious. I love Once Upon A Time, Pretty Little Liars or The Originals for example, series wise, but the best is probably to find out what type of series the person watches, and then google or ask and choose something similar! You can never go far wrong with DVDs or CDs.

Calendars are always a nice idea too, wether it's one with pictures of New York or just a weekly planner with a cute flower pattern. Everyone needs to be organized in a certain way in this hectic nowaday society, so why not? If you want something more personal, why not make one with pictures of you and that person, for example?

Now onto a bit more of the DIY section.
I personally find it a great idea to print out some pictures and either put them in a scrapbook or in a nice frame, for example. On some websites you can even get them in a polaroid style, which I find gives them an even cuter touch!
You could also put together a basket, with lots of little treats! I always love seeing these, as you can get so creative with them, and put in whatever you want! You could do a Pamper Night or an Anti Stress one, for example! There's tons of inspiration on weheartit, tumblr or pinterest that can help you get inspired!

I hope I was able to help and give you some inspiration somehow. Look out for the male version very soon ;)
Let me know something that is on your wishlist this year, maybe we can all somehow inspire each other that way! :)

My favourite bloggers

Welcome to a new post!

As a blogger, I obviously also read a lot of blogs whenever I feel like it and I've got some freetime. My favourite bloggers might not all be new to you, since most of them are quite popular, but I wanted to tell you about them anyway.

I want to start off with one of my favourite girls in the whole wide world, who is also my idol. I am talking about Danielle Peazer. Some of you may only know her for being Liam Payne's ex girlfriend, but she is far more than that. She is a professional dancer, model, youtuber and blogger. She started her blog last year I think, after lots of us who had been begging for her to start one for years! It has grown absolutely huge since then and she does amazing posts, especially for all lovers of fashion, go check my girl out!

Next up is Niomi Smart. She is also youtuber, and does a lot of posts mostly based on fashion and her plant based diet, which I find quite interesting. She shares a lot of information about a plant based life and she does amazing recipes as well! I also really really like her style, so if you are interested in healthy/plant based eating, traveling, beauty and fashion, go check her out!

Zoe Sugg aka Zoella is probably my favourite youtuber ever, and I also really really like her blogposts. She has recently relaunched her blog, and it's one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. She talks about lots of different topics like make-up and beauty, but also travelling, her anxiety and other inspirational stuff. And her style is very close to mine as well, so she is literally made for me haha! xx

My two next one's I want to do in one paragraph because they do a ton of videos together on youtube, and I basically see them as one thing, not just two friends. I'm talking about Lily Pebbles and ViviannaDoesMakeUp. Both do amazing posts and youtube videos, mainly about beauty and make-up, and they give absolutely amazing tips!

Next is one of Zoe's bestest friends, Mrs Tanya Burr! You will all probaby have heard about her as well. She also does youtube and blogging at the same time. Her blogposts are kind of like Zoe's one's but she pops in a lot of more eventy stuff and loads of recipes! She is also so inspirational! If you want to find out more about that, have a look HERE.

Last but not least is probably the least popular blogger out of all seven, and also a friend of mine. Her name is Emily Bashforth, and she started her blog a few months ago. She does posts about baking, fashion, make-up, travelling etc, and she is such a lovely girl and so amazing to talk to! She looks absolutely stunning, and we have such similar style and interest, it's absolutely crazy! If you are looking for an amazing blogger, that isn't as popular as a Zoella yet, please have a look at her blog, you will not regret it!

Who are your top 3 favourite bloggers at the moment? Let me know! :)

Hair Care Loves

 Welcome to a new post!

When I was younger it didn't really matter to me what products I used on my hair, and I absolutely hated washing it, because it took so long to dry. After one half of my hair had literally broken off, and my hair dresser had to cut of a lot of hair to make it look even, I finally started caring about it a lot more. Since then I've been trying out loads of products, and I've finally found the perfect products to keep my hair in perfect shape.

My hair dresser used this on my hair when she had to cut all of that hair off, to help get it back in shape. I was literally shocked how soft my hair was afterwards. I have been using the Goldwell Pure Repair Shampoo ever since then, and if it wouldn't be 8 Euros for a bottle of 250ml I would never even have the slightest thought about searching an alternative. If you have damaged or dry hair, get your hands on this one! It's my holy grail hair product!

The Garnier Wonder Oil also has been part of my routine for nearly 2 years, and has really helped to prevent my endings from splitting! It also takes forever to use up. I only just bought a new bottle, after using the first one for about 2 years I guess (whoopsie :D)

We all know that moment when you are too lazy to wash your hair, even though it is desperate for a wash. My favourite dry shampoos are the Batiste and the Colab one. They are both amazing, and I can't really decide which one I prefer more. I think the Bastiste one gives a bit more volume, while the Colab doesn't make my hair feel so gross.

I had not been very keen on Invisebobbles when they first came out, but then I tried them, and I don't really like using any other hair ties anymore. I love them, and they really are worth their money!

My last favourite hair product, which I could not live without, is my Tangle Teezer. This is also one of the best things I ever invested in. It is live changing! I used to have so many knots in my hair and never get them out, since I've been using this and the shampoo I rarely ever get any. Invest in it if you haven't already, you'll be amazed!

What is one hair product that you could not live without? Let me know. :)
